A Note about Reserving Tickets

Music@Menlo is also pleased to offer a new online reservation system for ticketing for all of our events, including free events. Among many other enhancements, you will now enjoy the benefits of a patron account for online shopping. If you receive email newsletters from Music@Menlo or have ordered tickets in the past, your account is already set up, using the email address where you receive Music@Menlo emails. When you reserve tickets through our website for the first time, please follow the instructions in the online shopping cart’s login screen to “Reset/Create Password.” You will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the link in the email, and enter a new password. Then, you may use the online shopping cart, which will store your address information for your convenience (but as always, we will never store your credit card information). Please don’t hesitate to let us know if we can be of assistance in any way. You may want to set up your account prior to reserving tickets to any free events, which can be very popular and sell out quickly.
