If you requested your tickets be shipped, they are on their way to you. If you are expecting to receive your tickets and haven’t yet, or if you have had any issues accessing your digital tickets, please contact us prior to the performance date at (650) 331-0202 or tickets@musicatmenlo.org.Â
If you selected Will Call for your ticket delivery option, please visit us at the Will Call table, open one hour before the performance, to pick up your tickets.Â
If you purchased a live stream ticket, 24 hours before and one-hour before your concert, you will receive a viewing link via email. Live stream videos are available on demand for 7 days after the original performance.
There is no official dress code for our performances – we ask that you show up however you are most comfortable! Our three venues are air-conditioned and have accessible seating.
Please hold your applause until the end of the piece, intermission, and end of the program, in order to best show appreciation for our artists and their hard work in performing. If you need to use the restroom or leave for any other reason during an event, please use the marked exits, and then wait for an usher to bring you back into the auditorium during a break in the program.Â
We do not allow personal photos or videos to be taken during events and ask that phones or other mobile devices be put away and placed on silent mode.
Music@Menlo’s three venues, the Spieker Center, Stent Family Hall, and Martin Family Hall, are located on the Menlo School campus at 50 Valparaiso Avenue, Atherton, CA, between El Camino Real and Alameda de las Pulgas. Parking is both plentiful and free on the school’s campus in specified lots. The campus is also accessible via public transit: it is walkable from the M1 and ECR buses and the Menlo Park CalTrain station.
