We Collect Personal Infomation
Users must specifically set up accounts when they make purchases from Music@Menlo, such as where users buy merchandise or tickets on the Site. However, we also establish accounts for users whenever we receive an email address in connection with the use of this Site in order to facilitate delivery of Site services to the user. Even if you do not set up a specific account for yourself, Music@Menlo may receive or collect information (for example, your email address) and set up an account for you in connection with certain Music@Menlo Site features, including but not limited to:
- a user subscribing to a Music@Menlo newsletter or mailing list;

Online Ordering
You may purchase tickets or merchandise, such as CDs, from the Music@Menlo Site. When you do so, we collect information from you. Each user will create a specific user account with a password in the store. Creation of this account will allow the user to store commonly used information in our Site. This information may consist of the user’s name, physical mailing address, email address, and phone numbers. Each time the user logs in, this information is automatically entered into the order form upon checkout.In addition to collecting contact information, at the time of checkout, our online merchant account company, Authorize.net, collects the user’s credit card number and expiration date.This information is used solely to bill the customer for the tickets or merchandise purchased. The user’s credit card account information is not stored on any of our servers. Only certain authorized individuals have access to this information and it is used only for billing purposes.
