Abigail Yoon (Tenafly Public Schools ‘23, NJ), 17-years-old, studies with Dr. Ann Setzer, at Juilliard pre-college. She is a former member of the New York Youth Symphony Orchestra with former music director Michael Repper and a former member of the New York Youth Chamber Music Program. She has enjoyed classes with well-known masters and performers including Daniel Phillips and Rebecca Fischer. She has participated in summer programs at Green Mountain ‘21, Meadowmount ‘22 and has enjoyed performing at Weill Recital Hall, Carnegie Hall, Merkin Hall, Lincoln Center, DiMenna Center, Saint Peter Roman Catholic Church in memory of September 11, and music and string appreciation, promotion, and outreach performances in her surrounding community (Bronx and West and Central Harlem). Abigail is grateful to be a part of the Menlo family this summer and she is looking forward to Northwestern in the fall.
