Music@Menlo’s free Prelude Performances and Koret Young Performers Concerts are some of the summer’s most anticipated events. Free and open to the public, these performances feature the extraordinary young musicians of the Chamber Music Institute and are an integral part of the festival’s education mission.
Because of the popularity of these events, free tickets are required for admission. For your added convenience, free tickets may be reserved at 9:00 a.m. the day of the event or requested in person at will call beginning one hour prior to the start of each concert.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Music@Menlo Ticket Services at 650-331-0202 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Free-ticket reservations must be claimed no later than fifteen minutes prior to the performance start time, at which time all unclaimed reservations will be released to walk-up audiences. Seating at all Prelude Performances and Koret Young Performers Concerts is by general admission.
Music@Menlo is also pleased to offer a new online reservation system for ticketing for all of our events, including free concerts. Among many other enhancements, you will now enjoy the benefits of a patron account for online shopping. If you receive email newsletters from Music@Menlo or have ordered tickets in the past, your account is already set up, using the email address where you receive Music@Menlo emails. When you reserve tickets through our website for the first time, please follow the instructions in the online shopping cart’s login screen to “Reset/Create Password.” You will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the link in the email, and enter a new password. Then, you may use the online shopping cart, which will store your address information for your convenience (but as always, we will never store your credit card information). Please don’t hesitate to let us know if we can be of assistance in any way. You may want to set up your account prior to reserving tickets to any free events, which can be very popular and sell out quickly.
